<p>Apesar de levar para o supermercado uma lista de compras, metade dos consumidores efectua compras não programadas, segundo um estudo do grupo Publicis , dado a conhecer em primeira mão no IV Congresso da Distribuição Moderna, que termina esta quarta-feira no Museu do Oriente. “83% dos consumidores afirma fazer lista de compras mas 54% confessa efectuar compras por impulso e não programadas”, explica Anthony Gibson, presidente do Grupo, acrescentando que este dado representa para os retalhistas uma “oportunidade por explorar”. O estudo indica ainda que a maioria dos portugueses (86%) gosta de ir às compras na loja. 82% compra apenas na loja e 17% compra nos estabelecimento e também online. “Os números provam que o sucesso está na sinergia entre loja física e online, já que 60% consulta informação online antes da compra e 48% consulta os sites de comparação de preços”, aconselha. Sobre a publicidade, os consumidores entrevistados para esta pesquisa afirmam preferir os catálogos e folhetos promocionais (71%) e as campanhas no ponto de venda (59%) à televisão (58%).</p>

RED CARPET</strong><br /> Em 2012, todos os formatos, tamanhos e sectores de negócios – se não cidades inteiras e nações – estenderão o tapete vermelho para os novos imperadores; inundando os visitantes e clientes chineses com serviços e regalias feitos sob medida para, de maneira geral, enchê-los de atenção e respeito.</p>
<p><strong>2. DIY HEALTH</strong><br /> Espere ver os consumidores a aproveitar novas tecnologias e novas aplicações para acompanhar a sua saúde pessoal e cuidar dela de maneira discreta e contínua, além de receber alertas sobre qualquer mudança.</p>
<p><strong>3. DEALER-CHIC</strong><br /> Em 2012, os consumidores, além de continuar à procura de ofertas e descontos, também farão isso com prazer, ou até com orgulho. Hoje, as ofertas estão relacionadas com mais do que a simples economia de dinheiro: têm que ver com emoção, procura, controlo e sensação de esperteza e, portanto, é também uma fonte de status.</p>
<p><strong>4. ECO-CYCOLOGY</strong><br /> As marcas vão, cada vez mais, recolher todos os seus produtos para reciclagem (às vezes forçadas por novas legislações), além de reciclá-los de maneira responsável e inovadora.</p>
<p><strong>5. CASH-LESS</strong><br /> Será que as moedas e notas de dinheiro vão desaparecer completamente em 2012? Não. Mas um futuro sem dinheiro vivo (finalmente) está de facto a chegar, na medida em que grandes marcas como MasterCard e Google trabalham para construir um ecossistema todo novo de pagamentos, recompensas e ofertas que giram em torno das novas tecnologias móveis.</p>
<p><strong>6. BOTTOM OF THE URBAN PYRAMID</strong><br /> A maioria dos consumidores mora em cidades e, no entanto, na maior parte do mundo, a vida urbana é caótica, apertada e geralmente não muito agradável. Ao mesmo tempo, a criatividade e a vibração desses consumidores aspirantes cria oportunidades globais promissoras para marcas que se propõem a atender as centenas de milhões de CITYSUMERS com pode de compra mais baixo.</p>
<p><strong>7. IDLE SOURCING</strong><br /> Qualquer coisa que faça com que seja absolutamente simples – ou que não exija esforço nenhum – para que os consumidores contribuam com alguma coisa vai fazer mais sucesso do que nunca em 2012. Devido à disseminação de sensores cada vez mais inteligentes nos telefones móveis, as pessoas serão capazes de – e estarão cada vez mais dispostas a – difundir informações a respeito de onde estão e do que estão a fazer, para ajudar a aprimorar produtos e serviços.</p>
<p><strong>8. FLAWSOME</strong><br /> Por que, para os consumidores, as marcas que se comportarem de maneira mais humana, inclusive mostrando suas falhas, serão fantásticas.</p>
<p><strong>9. SCREEN CULTURE</strong><br /> Graças à explosão dos smartphones e tablets com ecrã sensível ao toque e da “nuvem”, 2012 verá uma SCREEN CULTURE (cultura de ecrã) que será, além de mais difundida, também mais pessoal, mais envolvente e mais interactiva do que nunca.</p>
<p><strong>10. RECOMMERCE</strong><br /> Nunca foi tão fácil para consumidores espertos revender ou trocar compras antigas por descontos e aproveitar o valor que as suas coisas têm no momento. Em 2012, a “troca por desconto” é a nova compra.</p>
<p><strong>11. EMERGING MATURIALISM</strong><br /> Ao mesmo tempo em que as diferenças culturais continuarão a dar forma aos desejos dos consumidores, as pessoas de classe média e/ou mais jovens em quase todos os mercados vão adoptar marcas que vão além dos limites convencionais. Saiba que os produtos, serviços e campanhas sinceras, arriscadas ou não-corporativas de mercados emergentes estarão em alta em 2012.</p>
<p><strong>12. POINT&amp;KNOW</strong><br /> Os consumidores estão acostumados a ser capazes de encontrar praticamente qualquer coisa que esteja online ou que tenha base em texto, mas 2012 trará gratificação instantânea de informação visual ao mundo real com objectos e até pessoas.</p>

<p>A Lego, que se tem vindo a concentrar em brinquedos dirigidos aos rapazes desde 2005, vai apresentar dentro de algumas semanas uma versão feminina do tradicional boneco que é imagem de marca, adianta o Blue Bus.Segundo o site brasileiro, a “menina Lego” terá mais curvas e a já conhecida cabeça amarela será substituída por uma com traços mais marcados, e até com um nariz! «As meninas precisam de uma figura com que se possam identificar», defende o director de design da Lego, que explica que a diferença entre a figura tradicional e os meninos e a nova boneca e as meninas é que elas têm maior tendência para se projectar no boneco, ao passo que os rapazes costumam brincar na terceira pessoa.</p>

<p>À medida que o marketing <em>mix</em> evolui e se torna mais pleno em termos de conectividade, o desafio de medir campanhas neste novo &#8220;mundo&#8221; digital é claramente um dos mais difíceis que os profissionais de marketing têm pela frente.</p>
<p>Estas são as conclusões do artigo avançado pela <em>emarketer.com</em> com base na recolha de informação da <em>Ifbyphone</em> ( através da sua plataforma de voz aplicada ao marketing).</p>
<p>A informação foi recolhida sobre os profissionais de marketing para o seu &#8221; Relatório 2011 sobre Métricas de Marketing&#8221; e 82 por cento referem que os seus executivos esperam que cada campanha seja medida.</p>
<p>Contudo, isolando os diferentes tipos de marketing, apenas 47 por cento dos <em>marketers</em> norte-americanos acreditam que conseguem efectivamente medir o retorno de investimento do e-mail marketing e outros tipos que são vistos ainda com menores percentagens. No que respeita às redes sociais, apenas 26 por cento pensa conseguir medir o ROI.</p>
<p>Quando o desafio é medir o marketing online, medir quais as palavras-chave que resultam em maior número de <em>clicks</em> ( 40 por cento), as conversas online mais significativas ( 40 por cento) e o maior número de chamadas ( 37 por cento) foram as métricas mais comuns citadas pelos <em>marketers</em> como desafios relevantes.</p>
<p>Estes profissionais, contudo, aceitaram o desafio e trabalham continuamente em novas formas de relacionar os seus programas de marketing com os resultados das vendas. As principais ferramentas usadas são &#8220;web analytics&#8221; ( 48 por cento), <em>software</em> para monitorizar e quantificar as campanhas de e-mail marketing ( 47 por cento), <em>leads</em> por diferentes meios de contacto ( 38 por cento) e monitorização da comunicação nas redes sociais (30 por cento).</p>
<p>Com todas estas ferramentas à disposição&#8230; afinal o que é que os mareketers analisam? 62^por cento afirma que acompanham o aumento global de vendas para medir o sucesso dos planos de marketing. 57 por cento analisa o número de novos clientes conseguido, 39 por cento monitoriza o número de <em>leads</em> gerado, 33 por cento verifica os aumentos na retenção de clientes e igualmente  um terço quantifica o crescimento na notoriedade.</p>
<p>Medir o impacto do marketing sempre foi uma luta difícil para as companhias que se tornou ainda mais desafiante com a expansão do marketing e a consequente integração das plataformas digitais e a dinâmica das redes sociais.</p>

É a proposta feita pela marca de vinhos Calheiros Cruz, que apresentou ao mercado o “Your Calheiros Cruz”, um vinho com rótulo personalizável, desenvolvido pelo Departamento de Inovação da insígnia. Fruto das castas Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz e Touriga Franca, este vinho apresenta-se de “aroma intenso, frutado e amadeirado”, com um sabor “encorpado e aveludado”, explica a Calheiros Cruz em comunicado. O vinho com o rótulo em branco, pronto a ser costumizado, está à venda no supermercado do El Corte Inglés.</p>

<p><strong>Dia 29/11, 11h45, aula de Pesquisa de Marketing: Estudos de Tendências &#8211; &#8220;Trendspotting&#8221;, com a Dra. Ana Luísa Reis.</strong> <br /> O estudo de tendências é uma área importante da Pesquisa de Marketing, que tem a sua génese na análise macroambiental multidisciplinar. Recebe os contributos das ciências sociais, económicas e exactas e, realizado com profissionalismo, permite a detecção de ameaças e oportunidades para os negócios e as organizações. O objectivo é dar a conhecer aos alunos e interessados alguns operadores e exemplos de aplicação prática desta área de actividade. A apresentação será feita pela Dra. Ana Luísa Reis, a partir da sua recente experiência na OAK Brands. <br /> Esta aula aberta insere-se na disciplina &#8220;Pesquisa de Marketing&#8221; de Ciências da Comunicação e decorrerá no <strong>dia 29.11.2011, pelas 11h45, na Sala 2 do Piso 0.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Dia 29/11, 19h00, aula de Sociologia do Consumo: Estudos de Tendências – A importância da Sociologia do Consumo, com a Dra. Sofia Alves.</strong><strong></strong></p>
<p>A Sociologia do Consumo é uma das principais inspirações dos “trendspotters”. Os seus conhecimentos permitem antever tendências socioeconómicas que poderão revelar-se importantes para consumidores, mercados e empresas. Na situação económica actual, esta necessidade é ainda mais vital para se fazer os investimentos correctos. A Dra. Sofia Alves, mestranda em Comunicação Social pelo ISCSP, colaborou com o Dr. Luís Rasquilha na análise de tendências e vem revelar-nos a  sua experiência em ambos os campos disciplinares. <br /> Esta aula aberta insere-se na disciplina &#8220;Sociologia do Consumo&#8221; do Mestrado em Comunicação Social e decorrerá no <strong>dia 29.11.2011, pelas 19h00, na Sala 7 do Piso 3.</strong></p>
